Account & Subscription
How do I upgrade my subscription tier?
Visit your dashboard and click "Upgrade" on your subscription card. Choose your preferred tier (Basic, Premium, or VIP) and complete the checkout process. Your new tier access is activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards. All payments are securely processed through RocketGate payment processing.
When will I be billed?
Monthly subscriptions bill on the same day each month. Annual subscriptions bill once per year. You can view your next billing date in your dashboard subscription card.
Content Access
What content can I access with each tier?
Free: Preview content only. Basic: Standard definition videos, limited library. Premium: HD videos, full library access, exclusive content. VIP: 4K videos, early access, all content, priority support.
Why can't I watch certain videos?
Videos are restricted by subscription tier. If you see a lock icon, the video requires a higher tier. Upgrade your subscription to access premium content.
Can I download videos?
Video downloads are available for Premium and VIP members only. Look for the download button on the video player page. Downloads are for personal use only.
How long do videos stay in my favorites?
Favorites remain saved as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, favorites are preserved but you'll need to reactivate to access them.
Age Verification
Why do I need to verify my age?
All users must be 18 years or older to access this platform. Age verification is a legal requirement for adult content platforms and protects both you and us.
What age verification methods do you accept?
We accept government-issued ID verification through our secure partners (AgeID, Jumio), credit card verification (billing address must match card), or manual verification by our team.
Is my personal information safe during verification?
Yes. We use encrypted, third-party verification services. We never store your ID documents. Only your verification status (verified/not verified) is saved to your account.
How long does verification take?
Automated verification (credit card, AgeID) is instant. Manual ID verification takes 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email when verification is complete.
Technical Support
The video player won't load. What should I do?
Try: 1) Refresh the page, 2) Clear browser cache and cookies, 3) Disable ad blockers/VPN, 4) Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari), 5) Check your internet connection. If issues persist, contact support.
Why is video playback choppy or buffering?
Streaming requires stable internet (minimum 5 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K). Try: 1) Lower video quality in player settings, 2) Close other apps/tabs, 3) Move closer to WiFi router, 4) Restart your router.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address. Check your inbox for a password reset link (check spam folder). Follow the link to create a new password.
Can I use CuioGeo on my mobile device?
Yes! Our platform is fully mobile-responsive. Access through your mobile browser (Safari, Chrome). We recommend using landscape mode for the best video viewing experience.
Privacy & Security
Is my viewing history private?
Yes. Your watch history, favorites, and activity are completely private. Only you can see this information when logged into your account. We never share this data with third parties.
Will my credit card statement show "CuioGeo"?
No. Billing appears as a discreet descriptor on your statement. Check your receipt email for the exact billing descriptor used.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account Settings → Security → Delete Account. This permanently deletes all your data including watch history, favorites, and profile. This action cannot be undone.
Do you sell my personal information?
Never. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
